All our puppies are seen for their wellness exam by one of our Veterinarians at
7 1/2 weeks of age.

We use our local Veterinary Hospitals to provide all our veterinary exams and care. Below is the exam form that is filled out for each individual puppy by our veterinarian. 

​A copy of each puppy's vet exam form and vaccine records will be included in your puppy's "Go home packet".
